Develop and coordinate a winning Benelux Health Systems marketing strategy across the clusters to grow market share and strengthen our position as the health technology leader in the Benelux, driving customer centricity in the market, empowered by deep customer and market insights.
You are responsible for
Delivering the local Benelux Health Systems marketing strategy & execution planning including local channel marketing activities & account based marketing activities to support market growth objectives. You are responsible for demand creation activities through the channels and work with partners to develop, execute and measure channel programs and campaigns that increase awareness, strengthen customer and channel relationships, and build pipeline and sales opportunities. You are responsible to run Account Based Marketing programs, meaning you are responsible for planning, executing and measuring a range of multi-touch programs for specific audience-based (segment) accounts, including intelligence gathering, demand creation and sales enablement. You will be part of the Philips Benelux marketing department, a high performing, dynamic and strong team of professionals, all with a great drive for results and an energetic, positive team spirit.
Deliver an Health Systems marketing strategy and plan for the key customer segments in the market, aligned with business and sales priorities based on the portfolio of oﬀerings across clusters.
Support and collaborate with the Business Marketing Managers on the Business specific go-to-market and BMC plans and ensure alignment with market priorities and consistency across clusters.
Cultivate engagement and advocacy by managing programs together with the BNL End-to-End campaign managers, including activating digital campaigns & building digital communities, events, audience engagement forums, user communities, executive advisory board, executive site visits etc.
Responsible for a central repository of a “persona” database to make outreach and segmentation more efficient.
Manages the strategic planning as well as the continuous optimization of HS demand generation campaigns (digital and offline channels) in collaboration with E2E campaign managers, the Direct to Business Ecommerce Manager and the Direct online manager. Coordinates with and supports the Health Systems BM&S and Business Marketing Managers on cluster and business specific sales supporting campaigns.
Create and execute channel plans that drive market growth for specific segments, including working with partners to deliver high-quality marketing activities for demand creation.
Plan, develop, execute and measure all local channel marketing efforts
Forecast and track channel demand targets for all channel marketing activities
Build co-marketing plans with designated partners in support of their revenue targets that are in line with local marketing plans
Manage, administer, measure and report on channel budgets
Measure, analyze and report on channel marketing pipeline-building activities to determine their contribution to pipeline health and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/ROI
Actively seek and create joint customer success stories to showcase best practices and demonstrate strong partner relationships and develop reference cases.
Drive awareness and enablement programs that inform partners of the latest campaigns, solution offerings, partner wins and tools that the organization is creating to help them grow their businesses
Develop and manage local partner engagement activities (e.g. partner events, to-partner communications, partner training)

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Min 5 years B-to-B marketing experience
3-5 years experience working within channel marketing or with partners
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Understanding of campaign management and demand creation processes
Demand creation/execution to deliver results
Data and insight gathering and analysis
Market segmentation and prioritization
Development and execution of campaigns
Use of dashboards to track and measure performance
