As Sales Development Manager for our Business Group Healthcare Informatics, you will be responsible to unlock enterprise sales of the cardiology informatics portfolio
By doing so, you will collaborate closely with business marketing managers and sales specialist in the markets to identify the best sales strategy for the current year and identify opportunities for growth. Moreover, you will be responsible to make sure that the markets are well trained on the product portfolio, can articulate the value proposition and have a rigorous funnel management to ensure the markets can meet the financial target
You are responsible for
As Sales Development Manager you will focus on:
Developing a deep understanding of customer segments, audiences/markets, their challenges, and how product categories address specific customer problems;
Maintaining in depth knowledge of the combination of products, services and third party partnership that comprise Health Informatics solutions; and be able to transfer the knowledge to the local sales specialists
Support sales specialists by performing presentations and product demos at customers as well as at local events
Ensure the group of markets you will be allocated to, has a good funnel to help accomplish the financial targets
Keep abreast of relevant market trends, competitive activities, legislative issues, and end-user issues.
You are a part of
You will be part of the M2O (Market to order) Cardiology informatics team of the Philips Business Group Healthcare Informatics being responsible for developing sales in a group of markets. In this position, you will report into the Cardiology Informatics M2O Marketing and Sales Director based in the Netherlands.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics or Technical IT degree;
At least 5 years of experience in a comparable sales/marketing role;
Experience in developing sales in green field markets
A track record in Healthcare sales/marketing or High-tech product would be preferred
Strong communication as well as interpersonal skills;
Fluent in Business English.
