Philips Senior Training Coordinator in Eindhoven, Netherlands

null In this role, you have the opportunity to

work closely together with the Philips Quality Management Systems (PQMS) Markets Central team, the Market Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) Leaders and the Function Leaders. You will be working from our Eindhoven office, but working from home up to 2 days a week is possible as well.

You are responsible for

  • Deploying and maintaining QMS Training Management Systems within all applicable central Functions and Centers of Excellences of the International Markets

  • Ensuing all mandatory training curriculums are set and training is executed as required

  • Ensuring and maintaining alignment between Philips Global standardized job catalogue functions and Markets training roles

  • Reporting on training compliance and training related KPIs

  • Driving compliance and/or LEAN improvements in the area of QMS training compliance

  • Supporting users on the Training Management System processes and associated tools

  • Preparing and participating in audits and Management Reviews. Supporting the Businesses during FDA, EU MDR, MDSAP and/or ISO audits

  • Acting as the linking pin for general support requests between Markets and Certifiers for Market umbrella certificates

  • Escalating QMS issues from the markets to central PQMS team/BPE/BPO’s as appropriate

You are a part of

The PQMS Markets Central Team plans, controls and manages relevant QMS activities for all 17 Markets and Philips Services worldwide within Philips. This includes Personal Health, Precision Diagnosis, Image Guided Therapy and Connected Care. The core business of the Markets is the Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Installation and Servicing of Philips medical and non-medical devices and solutions designed & manufactured by the Business Units.

The PQMS Markets Central team consist of 30 QMS professionals mainly based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You will be reporting directly to the PQMS Markets Training Lead. The training administration team consists of 5 employees.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Specific skill requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor level with at least 5 years of experience in a highly regulated company (medical device, automotive, food, pharma, defense, aerospace), working with ISO quality standards or GDP requirements

  • Experienced with Training Management tools in the quality field and aptitude for other software tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft SharePoint)

  • Project management experience

  • Excellent organization skills and ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a matrix organization with a minimum of supervision

  • Professional written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization

  • Accurate, superior planning, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to influence others to achieve goals

  • Flexible due to the worldwide scope

  • Proficient in English
