Be part of Philips Healthcare Transformation Services (HTS), the consultancy organization of Philips. HTS supports the solution strategy of Philips by developing and implementing solutions that help customers achieve clinical excellence and operational efficiency while improving financial performance and delivering quality patient care. This includes developing, maintaining and delivering a portfolio of consultancy services in our international markets. To support this international growth and development of this portfolio we are investing extensively in the development of professional consultancy services and knowledge management systems.

In order to realize our ambitions we are looking for an entrepreneurial Service Solution Development Manager.

You are responsible for

  • Continue development and ensure upkeep of service development processes and tooling

  • Lead the creation of service development proposals, including value proposition creation and initial service blue print. Ensures the scalability of services and re-use of existing materials/assets.

  • Support the Head of Portfolio management and the global practice leaders in development-process decision making and governance (process adaptation, preparation of assessment and selection of services).

  • Lead and coordinate with global practice leaders all quality aspects of the service development process (including usability in the field, scalability and compliance with quality & regulatory, legal, operations and marketing requirements).

  • Support the creation of all service material required for acquisition and delivery.

  • Ensure availability of all service material for the HTS Knowledge Management System.

  • Support HTS consultancy practices in the development of one or more toolkits per consultancy service. Toolkits provide consultants with all material required for acquisition and/or delivery of a service.

  • Provide input on the costing of service development and monitor actual costs incurred.

You are a part of

Philips Healthcare Transformation Services (HTS), the consultancy organization of Philips. Together with one other Service Development lead and approximately five global practice leaders you will report to the Head of portfolio management of HTS. This team will be accountable for the interface with our Solution spaces and the Philips consulting portfolio.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master's degree in business, engineering or healthcare field, (i.e. management, healthcare administration, nursing, medicine, healthcare delivery, etc.) required or equivalent professional qualifications or experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or service development environment

  • Excellent networker and team player.

  • Able to manage a good balance between hands-on support, and orchestrating resources inside and outside the HTS organization.

  • Affinity with process development and structuring.

  • Understanding of solution and service related innovation processes. Experience with Philips innovation processes (like NBX, PDLM-S) are a plus.

  • Affinity and/or experience with large-scale professional service or consultancy delivery.

  • Experienced in value proposition development and service blue printing.

  • Appreciates the dynamics and challenges of a fast growing internationally operating professional service provider organization

  • Fluent in English language
