Philips’ IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition (ISEE) integrates the Philips IntelliSpace portfolio into a scalable, modular and interoperable solution for the kind of clinical informatics and data management that demanding and growing healthcare enterprises need. This role is predominantly focused on downstream marketing activities. This means, you drive a consistent customer experience across all customer touch points. It offers a platform to drive significant business impact and a broad exposure to various Philips businesses, markets, with strong visibility to the global marketing and business leadership in the company.

You are responsible for

  • Developing and executing the global marketing plan for IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition

  • Driving articulation of the solution value proposition in coordination with product management and marketing colleagues across businesses

  • Supporting solution activation in key markets with field marketing colleagues, including the design and deployment of promotion strategies for sales teams and customers

  • Developing and executing the digital marketing plan for the solution, including driving customization and launch of the Philips customer portal for the solution

  • Partnering with stakeholders at multiple levels and lead internal and external teams to develop and deploy the value proposition, marketing collateral and digital tools

  • Co-developing and executing the marketing plan, positioning, as well as aligning channel and promotion strategies with product managers and field marketing representatives in the markets. You support new product introductions and associated (digital) marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  • Supporting important trade shows and driving thought leadership for IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition leveraging internal and external platforms.

You are part of

You are a part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team mainly comprised of solution marketing, program management, solution architecture and R&D colleagues who work from our brand new Healthcare Informatics building at the Philips Innovation Campus in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. This team is globally responsible for the Philips IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition offering, and is working on a very frequent basis with our customers (e.g. CIO’s, radiology/cardiology/oncology service line directors) as well as other Philips colleagues such as the field marketing, sales and service delivery teams across the globe.

The end-to-end managed service, with pay-per-use financing and built-in risk sharing, enhances operations and offers optimized and transparent total cost of ownership. ISEE addresses the rapidly shifting needs of our customers (specially C-Suite) in order to succeed in the new value-based healthcare environments by working closely with other Philips businesses, 3rd party partners, service delivery and local country organizations to develop the solutions road-map for our IntelliSpace portfolio. In collaboration with other Philips businesses, ISEE delivers customized and configured C-Suite level solutions that are designed to enable health systems to manage the growth and cost of their clinical enterprise.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Degree in Business (Marketing, MBA preferred or comparable)

  • 2-3 years of recent marketing or sales work experience. preferably in the health/high-tech or informatics industry

  • Ability to work in an international, collaborative environment, both within Philips as well as with senior customer stakeholders (CIOs, department heads, etc.) who expect high standards, high competence and understanding

  • Ambition and potential to grow to a senior solution marketing leadership role

  • Preferably, a conceptual level of understanding of enterprise technology and / or clinical workflows

  • Excellent customer centric skills, with focus on all customer touch points

  • Experience and interest in digital marketing (tools, social media activation, etc.)
