As Solution Pricing Manager you will be responsible for the orchestration and execution of the commercial pricing activities for our IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition managed services solution.
Together with a multi-disciplinary team, you will innovate, implement and continuously optimize our pricing capabilities, to ensure we maximize value for our customers and solution profitability.
Our newly formed healthcare IT businesses are global leaders in enterprise PACS, electronic medical records, advanced visualization, cardiology informatics and acute care informatics solutions. With serving thousands of healthcare informatics customers worldwide, we’ve recently introduced IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition as our next-generation managed services solution. Philips is a top player in healthcare informatics and we’re looking for top talent to join this team!
You will be part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team mainly comprised of product marketing, program management, solution architecture and R&D colleagues and based in our Philips Innovation Campus in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. This team is globally responsible for the Philips IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition offering, and is working on a frequent basis with our customers (e.g. CIO’s, radiology/cardiology/oncology service line directors) as well as other Philips colleagues such as the field marketing, sales and service delivery teams across the globe.
Drive transition to value based pricing with product management
Drive development of the solution offer price and structure for an end to end cross-product, cross-business solution, to ensure integral profitability
Lead the transformation to a new pricing tool and capabilities from existing pricing and quote tools
Develop ROI and TCO tools to support commercial activities with ability to proof customer value
Establish best practices and governance to harmonize solution pricing
Develop pricing for new business and payment models – eg. SaaS, subscription, consumption based, etc.
Translate new business and payment models into pricing tools and drive integration with back-office systems
Coordinate with pricing officers and product managers of individual products to ensure consistent solution pricing
Customize legacy and new pricing tools for approval flow based on country / market commercial policy
We are looking for someone with …
A Degree in Business Economics or comparable
3-5 years of relevant work experience in the health/high-tech or managed services informatics industry
Ability to work in an international, multi-disciplinary, high growth environment with venture dynamics
Ambition and potential to over time step up to a commercial management or product marketing leadership role
Result oriented, business acumen, with ability to execute in view of what is best for the overall business
Excellent customer centric skills, with focus on all customer touch points
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience with CPQ tools (e.g. Apttus, Sofon) and advanced MS Excel skills
Fluent in English
