As Senior Solution Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the innovation roadmap for the IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition at https://www.usa.philips.com/healthcare/resources/landing/intellispace-enterprise-edition managed services solution, while managing cross-product and cross-business dependencies. You will do this in coordination with product and program management representatives of all the businesses that are, or will become, part of IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition.
The primary focus of the role will be towards driving technology and innovation leadership for the solution. Together with the Solutions Lab team, lead architect(s), and product/program management representatives of all the businesses that are part of the IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition solution, you will drive innovation, implementation and continuous optimization of our solution delivery capabilities, to ensure we maximize value for our customers, optimal sales execution, and solution profitability.
This position requires high judgment and an ability to balance customer experience with financial impact; it also offers broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within Philips.
About IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition
Philips’ IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition (ISEE) integrates the Philips IntelliSpace portfolio into a scalable, modular and interoperable solution for the kind of clinical informatics and data management that demanding and growing healthcare enterprises need. The end-to-end managed service, with pay-per-use financing and built-in risk sharing, enhances operations and offers optimized and transparent total cost of ownership. ISEE addresses the rapidly shifting needs of our customers (specially C-Suite) in order to succeed in the new value-based healthcare environments by working closely with other Philips businesses, 3rd party partners, service delivery and local country organizations to develop the solutions road-map for our IntelliSpace portfolio. In collaboration with other Philips businesses, ISEE delivers customized and configured C-Suite level solutions that are designed to enable health systems to manage the growth and cost of their clinical enterprise.
You are a part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team mainly comprised of solution marketing, program management, solution architecture and R&D colleagues who work from our brand new Healthcare Informatics building at the Philips Innovation Campus in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. This team is globally responsible for the Philips IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition offering, and is working on a very frequent basis with our customers (e.g. CIO’s, radiology/cardiology/oncology service line directors) as well as other Philips colleagues such as the field marketing, sales and service delivery teams across the globe.

Establish the multi-year technology and innovation roadmap for the managed service solution across serviceability, security, workflows, interoperability, data management in coordination with R&D and product management colleagues across businesses
Work with leadership and key business and engineering stakeholders to set strategy, define the product, and make appropriate high-judgement trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
Drive harmonization and integration with major platform initiatives, to enable hybrid cloud based offerings
Develop business case and approach for 3rd party integration into the solution
Drive pricing and offer design for the managed service platform and service model
Use case prioritization, feature definition, ownership of product roadmap
Identify and analyze feature requests to determine business value and priority, develop business cases, test/implement solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders at multiple levels and lead teams to define and deliver solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
8+ years product management and/or business architecture leadership experience in technology context, with proven customer facing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline; MBA preferred
Relevant work experience in the health/high-tech / managed services informatics industry / platform development
Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
Systems thinking approach to ensure End-to-End success of initiatives
Prior experience developing a product roadmap
Ability to work in an international, multi-disciplinary, high growth environment with venture dynamics
Results oriented, problem solving skills and business acumen, with ability to execute in view of what is best for the overall business
Ambition and potential to over time step up to a business or solution leadership role
Understanding of and experience in (Scaled) Agile and DevOps
