Philips Training Administrator Quality Management Systems in Eindhoven, Netherlands

In this role, you have the opportunity to

ensure all mandatory training requirements are set and training is executed as required within the Markets and Service & Solutions Delivery via training management tools. Additional you will support the deployment and improvements of training administration tools within the Markets, and support the Philips “Accelerate” Transition program for Quality Training. This position is about 60% administrative and about 40% organizational.

You are responsible for

  • Ensuring all mandatory training requirements are set and training is executed as required

  • Ensuring the assignment of training requirements profiles and documentation for all job’ required training

  • Ensuring that managers assign the correct training profiles to all individual employees based on job requirement profiles

  • Reporting on training compliance and training related KPIs

  • Supporting the deployment of and/or improvements to training administration tools and processes

  • Providing feedback to users on profile and training compliance and non-compliance

  • Supporting users on using the Training Management System and supporting processes

  • Participating in the preparation of audits

You are a part of

The PQMS Markets Central Team which plans, controls and manages relevant Quality Management Systems (QMS) activities for all 17 Markets and Philips Services worldwide within Philips. This includes Personal Health, Connected Care, Image Guided Therapy and Precision Diagnosis and Service & Solutions Delivery. The core business of the Markets is the Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Installation and Servicing of Philips medical and non-medical devices and solutions designed & manufactured by the Business Units.

The PQMS Markets Central team consist of 25 QMS professionals mainly based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You will be reporting directly to the Head of PQMS Markets.

Specific skill requirements for this role:

  • MBO Technical (intermediate vocational education) degree with at least 2 years working experience in the area of electronic training management OR Bachelor starter

  • 1 year experience in a quality position working with ISO quality standards/GMP requirements for a medical device/ pharmaceutical company (preference)

  • Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail and follow-through

  • Familiarity with Training Management tools and aptitude for other software tools (i.e. Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint)

  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to influence others to achieve goals

  • Superior problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.

  • Experience in running effective process improvement projects

  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of supervision
