Philips Warehouse and Distribution Process & Compliance Manager in Eindhoven, Netherlands

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support the Philips Personal Health business, by creating the best experience with Philips supply chain for our customers, outperforming competition

Define and improve the outcome of the Order2Fullfillment processes for the Warehouse & Distribution of the Integrated Supply Chain, products.

Define and manage the businesses End2End logistics goods flow with focus on Customer Service Level, while using data to optimize costs and inventory.

You are responsible for

  • Business process design, development and implementation. Taking into account customer / Commercial Organizations/ Business Groups requirements and functional requirements (e.g. Q&R, Finance).

  • Leading change through program & project management for business process capabilities (e.g. Building supply chain to launch new medical devices, Operational Excellence projects - Quality, Leadtime, Cost, Compliance).

  • Continuous improvement trough kaizens, PDCA cycles and Problem solving. Identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Manage the relationships with the counterparts within the Integrated Supply Chain and external partners, in order to understand requirements, develop processes, share best practices and where needed resolve roadblocks.

  • Act as knowledge holder and interface for contract framework related matters with Local Service Providers, Philips W&D internal parties and Supply Chain organizations

  • Process & compliance in the W&D management team, Manage the W&D Business Process Experts team.

  • Supplier development and management: Business Reviews and supplier development based on contract agreements

  • Capture learnings and ensuring processes are documented and executed according to Quality / ISO / Sox and ICS guidelines

You are a part of

the European Warehouse and Distribution team (based in Eindhoven & Amsterdam), responsible for managing the warehousing & distribution infrastructure for Personal Health in Europe.

The distribution channels of Personal Health are changing constantly through online sales developments and consumer expectations.

We are part of the broader Global Integrated Supply Chain Products.

You will be leading the W&D Business Process Experts team (5—8 resources), reporting to the Warehouse and Distribution Lead and being part of the W&D management team

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain

  • Familiarity with warehouse and Distribution compliance

  • PMO management experience preferred

  • Digital savvy to drive the change within our organization

  • Able to deal successfully with uncertainty and changeable scenarios

  • Strong analytical skills and a data driven mind-set
