Philips Webshop Manager Benelux - Philips - Personal Health Benelux in Eindhoven, Netherlands

In this role you have the opportunity to

Build on the future of the Philips Webshop as part of the digital capability within the Benelux market. In this role, you will drive conversion and sales through our direct to consumer (D2C) e-commerce channel. You will be optimizing the consumer journey (CRO) and experience (UX) across multiple digital touchpoints and traffic sources. You will use your sales and marketing skills influencing key elements of the marketing mix to drive end-to-end campaigns and increasing ROI on paid media. In the future, you can grow into a leading position of a small team.

You are responsible for

  • Generating direct to consumer sales across categories within personal health and shop segments

  • Optimization of order conversion across different touchpoints (i.e. web, app) and various traffic sources (i.e. CRM, programmatic)

  • Optimization of shopping journey’s to excel in the user’s perceived experience

  • The return on ad spend in current and potential new traffic sources

  • Improvements on key elements of the marketing mix (i.e. availability)

  • Planning and creating end-to-end campaigns (i.e. value add promotions)

  • Sharing key learnings with internal and external stakeholders

You are part of

You will be part of the Digital Team Benelux and will be reporting to the Sr. Webshop Manager Benelux. You will will work closely together with category and online marketeers, content and CRM specialists and the performance analysts.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications or related studies.

  • Minimum of 5 Years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing in an e-commerce environment, preferably in retail, FMCG or durable consumer goods.

  • A proven track record in conversion rate optimization and optimization of consumer experiences.

  • Affinity and understanding of e-commerce systems and operations. Experience with Hybris is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and able to convince others.

  • Proactiveness, results oriented and analytical skills. Looking to make improvements and changes.

  • Ambition to lead a small team of digital specialists.

  • Fluent in Dutch. Besides Dutch you are also fluent in English and French would be a bonus.

The position is based in Eindhoven, but you also have the possibility to work 2 days per week at our head office in Amsterdam
