Philips Contracts Manager in Framingham, Massachusetts

Complete/submit contacts to government funding agencies, generate business opportunities/identify new funding sources, manage pricing strategies and new provider contact negotiations to achieve revenue, growth and profitability objectives. Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and with contractual obligations through interpretation of regulations and collaboration with the Legal Department Successfully integrate GSD business acquisitions and transitions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government funding sources/case managers, state regulators and internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT). Provide legal/regulatory review/analysis for escalated contract issues. Triage escalations to Legal Counsel. Chair a cross-functional team as required to assign tasks, owners and dates for agency audit requests Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and provide interpretation of terms and conditions identifying risks.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

To be a strong Contract Manager supporting Government Services Sales and Operations. Reviews and completes contracts, Requests for Proposals, credentialing requirements and coordination of agency audit activities.

You are a part of

Philips Home Monitoring Contracts team based in the Framingham, MA office.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree & Juris Doctrine or equivalent experience or education preferred with strong financial emphasis. preferred

  • · Minimum of 5 plus years’ experience in Legal/Finance/Contract Management environment.

  • Ability to step in and do the job . This is not a junior level role

  • · Experience with government contracting and HIPPA compliance required

  • · Excellent organizational, interpersonal, systems, written and oral communication skills

  • · Demonstrated experience effectively working cross-functionally in a large service related, for- profit organization

  • · Possess excellent organization, management, analytical and negotiation skills

  • Must be able to work on several tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and ensure completion of tasks. Must be well organized
