Philips CRM Administrator in Framingham, Massachusetts


In this role, you have the opportunity

As the CRM Administrator, to provide daily support and administrative tasks for the Philips Lifeline Aging and Caregiving (ACG) (SFDC) environment.

You are responsible for

  • Identifying areas for Business Workflow re-enforcement as well as working with the Application Services team to report on non-standard behavior within the ACG’s (SFDC) platform including Service Cloud and Service Portal.

  • This role will also be responsible for ensuring that Business to Business (B2B) partners SFDC needs are met with a timely manner and will work with the business to provide reporting and statistics.

  • The individual in this role will work with application support personnel, business systems analysts, developers and business stakeholders and SMEs to understand issues and enhancements as well as suggest improvements.

  • This individual may also be an interface to other Philips business units to coordinate releases under the governance model as this is a shared platform.

  • Triage of initial issues and enhancements

  • Update news /announcements, roles and profiles n SFDC

  • Update new configuration table and perform workflow in SFDC

  • Create ,modify, and manage reports as well as maintain /refreshing data in the training environment

  • Provide SFDC training plus training on our unique implementation

  • Look at the login history table and deactivate user as needed

You are a part of

Philips Lifeline-Aging & Caregiving, which is a Business Unit under Population Health Management, focused on providing seamless care for the aging population and their families based in Framingham, MA.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 3 plus years’ Experience in supporting

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant working experience

  • 2 plus years Apex experience

  • Ability to query backend databases utilizing SQL, SFDC or TOAD

  • Developer Skills a plus

  • Highly organized and disciplined individual

  • Must be available to provide reliable 24 x 7 support

  • Must be a highly motivated, responsive individual that can work independently and demonstrate excellent communications and customer service skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – comfortable presenting to a multi-disciplined technology group and must be able to communicate well with all IT disciplines as well as internal and external business users

  • Demonstrated ability to have lead responsibility for a production system. Root cause approach to problem solving.
