Philips Customer Service- Distpatch Associate in Framingham, Massachusetts


In this role,

You will be answering emergency calls for Philips Lifeline from subscribers across the U.S. We are looking for people who are interested in working together for a better tomorrow and helping others.

Schedule; Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1:30pm - 10:00pm.

You are responsible for

  • Answer incoming calls/signals from subscribers who may be elderly or medically at risk individuals; coordinate timely and appropriate assistance according to established protocols and procedures.

  • Identify and determine the type of help/assistance needed and dispatch appropriate help by making outbound calls to responders according to established protocols

  • Enter accurate subscriber information into the database

Philips Lifeline is a 24/7 environment and the Response Center consists of many people taking calls from subscribers across the country. Some calls are emergency in nature while others may include subscribers testing their equipment or needing non-emergency assistance.

We deliver a caring and compassionate message to our subscribers while being patient, efficient and effective with each response.

Philips Lifeline Response Center is based in Framingham, MA.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • HS or GED required

  • · Previous experience within call center a plus

  • Ability to handle emergency calls following protocols and policies

  • Must have basic MS word and computers skills, ability to maneuver from screen to screen

  • · Enjoy speaking with elderly or seniors
