In this role Government Service Division GSD, Customer Service rep, you have the opportunity to

Respond and work in a fast paced dept handling Medicaid business to business B2B inquires which is a key part of the Philips Lifeline business .

Shift

You are responsible for

Responding to phone, e-mails, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints for the GSD or government service dept handling Medicaid inquires, from Philips Lifeline’s subscribers and key accounts and from Lifeline’s internal departments by taking full ownership of problem until fully resolved to customer’s satisfaction.

Role is primarily for phone support, but will also include other activities, ranging from administrative, and data processing tasks as required, to support the full complement of Lifeline’s service offerings in the Medicaid area.

May actively sell Lifeline services or resell Lifeline’s service(s) to customers

May provide back up phone support to the Response Center.

Government Services Team based in the Philips Lifeline Framingham Office. . Provide world-class customer service to customers, including Subscribers, Caregivers, Payers, Programs, Installers, Referral Sources and to other internal Philips Lifeline departments.

Respond to GSD calls handling Medicaid inquires which is a key part of the Philips Lifeline business. Fast paced dept taking calls while gathering information into the system.

Shift: Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm

or 10am to 6:30pm

You are responsible for

Responding to phone, e-mails, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints for the GSD or government service dept handling Medicaid inquires, from Philips Lifeline’s subscribers and key accounts and from Lifeline’s internal departments by taking full ownership of problem until fully resolved to customer’s satisfaction.

Role will include many activities, ranging from administrative, phone support, and data processing tasks as required, to support the full complement of Lifeline’s service offerings in the Medicaid area.

May actively sell Lifeline services or resell Lifeline’s service(s) to customers

May provide back up phone support to the Response Center.

You are a part of

Government Services Team based in the Philips Fall River Office. . Provide world-class customer service to customers, including Subscribers, Caregivers, Payers, Programs, Installers, Referral Sources and to other internal Philips Lifeline departments.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

• A minimum of one year of GSD Customer Service Experience

• Experience managing multiple priorities

• Must be proficient in English. Second language a plus.

• Positive response to improvement

• Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling.

• Excellent service etiquette

• Strong computer skills

• Knowledge of Windows applications, including Word and Excel.

• Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
