In this role Government Service Division GSD, Customer Service rep, you have the opportunity to

Respond and work in a fast-paced department handling Medicaid business to business ( B2B) inquires which a key part of the Philips Lifeline business is.

Shift: Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

You are responsible for

Answering phone calls, with headset, in a call center environment, e-mails, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints for the GSD (government service dept) handling Medicaid inquires, from Philips Lifeline’s subscribers and key accounts and from Philips Lifeline’s internal departments by taking full ownership of problem until fully resolved to customer’s satisfaction. May actively sell Philips Lifeline services or resell Lifeline’s service(s) to customers.

You are a part of

Government Services Team based in the Philips Lifeline Framingham Office. Provide world-class customer service to customers, including Subscribers, Caregivers, Payers, Programs, Installers, Referral Sources and to other internal Philips Lifeline departments.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • A minimum of one year of GSD Customer Service Experience

  • Experience managing multiple priorities

  • Must be proficient in English. Second language a plus.

  • Positive response to improvement

  • Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling.

  • Excellent service etiquette

  • Strong computer skills

  • Knowledge of Windows applications, including Word and Excel.

  • Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
