The job of the Manufacturing Hardware Engineer is a position, to plan, design, arrange, change, optimize, supervise and troubleshoot both manufacturing processes and hardware devices. The main responsibility of the hardware and manufacturing engineer is to create, document, develop, and implement procedures required to assemble, test, process, and manufacture the products of the company as well as support the business in introduction of new devices and troubleshooting devices in the field.
You are responsible for:
Developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes.
Developing and implementing process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
Conferring with vendors in determining product specifications and arranging equipment, parts, or material purchase, and evaluating products according to quality standards and specifications.
Designing and developing manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low product cost.
Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of tool drawings, design concepts, shop orders, and concepts in accordance with the R&D and quality assurance functions.
Providing engineering support to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.
Supporting company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, FDA regulations, and good manufacturing practices.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering.
5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing engineer troubleshooting both manufacturing processes and hardware devices.
Six Sigma or other Lean methodologies experience
Strong documentation skills relating to manufacturing procedures and processes.
Must be a good communicator.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.
