Philips Sales Manager - Aging and Caregiving Lifeline (Framingham, MA) in Framingham, Massachusetts

In this role, the chosen candidate will have the opportunity to leverage previous health care sales experience and lead a team that promotes and generates sales opportunities for Philips Aging & Caregiving (Lifeline) within the (U.S.) market.

You are responsible for

Leading a high-performing team that promotes Philips Lifeline service by working closely with Healthcare Professional (HCP) referral sources. Team members will utilize referral development and referral source management tools to increase the sales of Philips Lifeline subscriptions within their assigned territories. This can be accomplished by educating the health care provider(s) in groups or 1:1 settings to carefully articulate the benefit of the Lifeline service to that organization. Additional responsibilities for this sales leader include:

  • Leading team members in both a corporate and remote setting.

  • Overachievement of defined Territory Installation (new subscribers) team quota.

  • Required to travel by car and plane including overnight intermittently, a minimum of 50% of the time.

  • Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts to Senior Management Team.

  • Leading large teams with national responsibilities.

  • Ability to manage to a budget and P&L Management.

  • Ensure team members are adhering to Philips Lifeline sales process (target, engage, close & follow-up) to achieve territory sales quota.

  • Leverage existing healthcare referral network to drive community referrals for Philips ACG products and solutions.

  • Ensure team members are soliciting and delivering educational in-service (group) presentations to existing and potential HCP referral sources, remotely in some cases in exchange for Philips Lifeline Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

  • Aid team members in identifying HCPs needs/challenges in helping their patients live at home longer and more independently and utilize that information to properly position the Philips Lifeline portfolio of solutions.

  • Ability to work closely in a collaborative team environment to strategically target high volume referral opportunities and work with the team to execute.

  • Aid team members in the process of identifying net new business opportunities by asking probing questions and navigating to true decision makers.

  • Mentor a team that is capable of expanding upon existing referral source relationships as well as uncovering net new referral sources

You are a part of

National Referral Development (RD) team for Philips Lifeline. This team resides both in the market as well as the corporate office.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • At least three years of health care sales and/or marketing experience

  • Proficiency in all of the MS Office Suite

  • Experience working in a call center environment preferred but not required.

  • Experience with SalesForce.com or HubSpot CRM tools preferred.

  • Prior home health or previous healthcare community referral marketing experience strongly preferred.
