Philips Biomedical Device - Content Analyst in Franklin, Tennessee

  • Developing and maintaining biomedical equipment master data to support the Philips InfoView asset management database.

  • Creating and managing standard device nomenclature in the InfoView asset management database, including key details such as OEM, Current Manufacturer, Device Type, Model Name/Number as well as Hardware and Technology profile information.

  • Ensuring the creation of model and device type specific PM checklists where appropriate.

  • Promoting regulatory and industry best practices by validating device-model-data-quality.

  • Providing InfoView support.

  • Enforcing data standards

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Passionate about data

  • Highly detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis

  • Demonstrated project management success

  • Handles multiple conflicting business problems simultaneously under time constraints

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Proven experience in the Biomedical device industry

  • Healthcare/Medical device knowledge & Multi-Vendor biomedical service experience preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce administration a plus
