You are responsible for
Operating all relevant tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions
Setting up and processing product according to manufacturing specifications
Monitoring the quality of output to identify, prep and process products
Maintaining accurate daily production records so that Service and Repair performance can be analyzed
Coaching and mentoring less experienced workers to help them follow SOP processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
High school education or equivalent and min 2 years of related experience
Basic or above computer skills using Microsoft office tools
Must be dependable to be at work on time, adhering to all company policies
Ability to follow directions
Manual dexterity with hands and tools used in repair operations
Previous experience and basic understanding of hand tools required for prepping of electronic components (e.g. sanders, drivers, pliers, and wire strippers) to be processed.
