Philips Installations Project Manager Imaged Guides Therapy - Devices (m/f/d) for the DACH market in Germany - Home Based, Germany


In this role, you have the opportunity to

provide technical consultancy to the Sales team and manage installation projects within the Imaged Guided Therapy - Devices International Customer Services department, with a focus on the DACH Market. In this position, you will act as a bridge function between the Sales Team and the central international support team.

You are responsible for

Project Management of installation projects

  • Facilitate handover from Sales team to Customer Service (CS) team on installation projects

  • Organize site preparation and manage installation projects for system installations

  • Collaborate with Supply chain team to align customer installation timeline with system shipment readiness

  • Collaborate with the Authorized Service Partner to organize the preparation and execution of the installations

  • Timely closure of installation projects to ensure sales recognition

Technical Sales support

  • Support the Imaged Guided Therapy - Devices (IGT-D) DACH Sales team and clinical application specialists on a broad range of system installation topics (e.g. system BOM completeness, compatibility of existing and new system installation components

Intermediate between central Customer Service Support team and Sales team

  • Act as the linking pin between IGT-D CS Support team and DACH Sales team for optimizing the final customer experience

You are a part of

the Imaged Guided Therapy - Devices International Customer Services department and will report into the Head of Customer Services IGT-D International Markets.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree

  • Affinity with Project Management methodology

  • Strong knowledge of Customer Services business and processes

  • Technical background, knowledge of IGT is an asset

  • Process and Project-oriented way of working

  • Drive and eagerness to get things done, sense of urgency

  • Capability to learn the IGT-D product platforms

  • Ability to work independently

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Fluent in German, spoken and written, preferably native speaking

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
