The BG MA&TC Services Solutions & Services Management Office (SSMO) is a key function to create, implement, and coordinate the deployment of the strategy for managing methodology, processes and tooling in support of the global MA&TC Services organization. The SSMO strives for an integrated, scalable, solution & services focused and customer centric approach for Solution Architecture, Customer Project Management, and Service Management during pre-sales, implementation and support phases. Further on, the SSMO oversees the landscape and initiative portfolio to improve existing and new process/tooling capabilities in an integrated way – E2E (end to end) across I2M (Idea to Market), M2O (Market to Order), O2C (Order to Cash) - in close teamwork with different stakeholders within the Business Group, Corporate and Markets. Another key responsibility of the team is to provide tooling & platforms to develop, maintain and deploy CoP (Community of Practice) structures.
In this role, you have the opportunity to make your contribution to the Solutions & Services transformation at the BG MA&TC Services. As Solutions & Services Process Consultant , you have a broad audience within the BG MA&TC Services and Markets organization with a specific focus on Solution & Services Tooling to support the corresponding Processes. You can contribute to fully understand the Market & BG needs and help drive standardization and scalability of Solutions & Services Tooling, including business process performance management. The scope emphasis of this role is to contribute to Solution and Services Tooling initiatives for BG MA&TC Services, like i.e. Financial Force PSA Program.
Contribute and influence in Corporate Improvement Programs (e.g. PSA FinancialForce).
Support the efficient deployment of processes, procedures, tools and templates in teamwork with BG, Market, and Corporate stakeholders.
Work with the markets looking for improvement opportunities in the Solution Project Design and Delivery process/methodology.
Be a change agent by clarifying the impact of the new ways of working including the process, IT applications to the leading deployment teams on Corporate level (e.g. BPO/BPE, Business Transformation, Philips University).
Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the area of Customer Project Management (CPM) Project Management Systems.
Contribution to the role definition, certification, and training curriculum for all BG MA&TC Solution Delivery roles
Contribute to the definition, deployment and monitoring of a compliance framework for CPMs & Solution Project Teams in teamwork with Corporate functions
On an on-going basis ensure that the Customer Project Managers/Project Teams have the right environment to get the necessary skills and competencies in order to fulfil the role efficiently.
Visit key customers/projects to mentor/support CPMs and Project Teams to look for improvement opportunities in the Solution Project Design and Delivery process/methodology.
Lead internal projects/work streams to improve processes, methodologies. .
Support to embed Customer Experience (CXP) approach in any process/tool improvement initiative in close teamwork with the CXP functions

What we are looking for
University degree desirable in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience
Minimum 10 year experience in Solution Services Tooling design & global deployment, in combination with Professional/IT/Clinical Services & Solutions Delivery business experience
Change management understanding & experiences
Experience with Professional Services Automation/Project Implementation Tooling (e.g. Financial Force)
Experience with project performance monitoring and key performance indicator/dashboard development
Professional demeanour and strong communications skills
Evidence of successful teamwork with key stakeholders around the globe (face to face, remote)
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language (must)
Project Mgmt certification PMP (preferred)
Located in Europe close to a larger Philips site and open to travel (approx. 25%)
