Philips Business Marketing Manager Diagnostic Imaging CEE in Prague,


In this role, you have the opportunity to

co-create and implement the business strategy for Business Unit / Business Group in the Market in alignment with strategic Market priorities. You will drive demand generation and ensure local relevance of the value propositions. You will responsible for planning and execution of BMC, monitoring performance, developing and enabling execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve settled goals.

You are responsible for

  • Building marketing plans (18 months rolling) for BUs for the Market

  • Partnering with Market Leader and Business Marketing Managers to lead BMC handshake and ongoing performance management against plan with the Markets and local execution of the plan with the Markets.

  • Driving business strategy creation and execution for a specific Business in the Market,

  • Driving demand generation and ensuring that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI.

  • Developing local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements

  • Ensuring relevance of value propositions for the Market

  • Together with other Business marketing Managers you will determine product portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock

  • Driving consumer loyalty by aligning the necessary resources within the Market

  • Providing business with local insights about markets, competition and trends

You are a part of

passionate professionals of Health Systems CEE team. You will report directly to PD Marketing and Sales Leader and you will manage Modality Sales Specialists as well as Application Specialists based in different locations across CEE region.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and min.5 years of industry experience (engineering is an advantage)

  • Experience with med-tech products or solutions

  • Experience with leading a cross functional team

  • Knowledge (and experience) of products and services within the scope

  • Deep understanding of the CEE market

  • Working experience in an international environment

  • Several years of experience in managing dedicated business unit

  • Proven knowledge in business/ marketing area

  • Experience in diagnostic imagining its and advantage

  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
