Summary Description:

The purpose of Sonicare is to improve lives of our consumers, by improving their overall oral health, Business Marketing Manager acts as the owner of the local marketing for the brand and makes sure, that everything we do, leads towards this target.Works closely with the professional marketing team in order to harmonize the communication towards consumers and dental professionals.Works closely with the Digital and Trade Shopper Marketing in order to navigate consumers towards the best possible solution

Organizational Context

  • Reports to Senior Marketing Manager/Regional marketing manager

  • Works as part of the local Marketing team and as part of full commercial triangle including Sales and TSM

  • Works closely with the Sales organization, Central team, Digital, PR and Trade Shopper Marketing

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manages top and bottom line for the BG/category

  • Plans campaigns and promotional strategy to achieve overall Sonicare turnover targets, while keeping the IGM and ISM on track

  • Manages SKU portfolio/rationalization/stock/excess. Initiates corrective actions where necessary

  • Runs the annual business planning cycle of the CO for the BG/category

  • Cooperates on yearly business planning and review cycle

  • Creates and executes country marketing plans (in line with BG and CEE marketing strategy, incl. A&P).

  • Support local Demand Plan for ategory

  • Owns the local market introduction process per proposition

  • Develop and leads execution of activation plans (incl. A&P) in line with category guidelines

  • In cooperation with digital/PR runs the local campaigns including ongoing corrections

  • Proposes and develops new business models

  • Develop market knowledge and consumer insights

  • Drives and shares local market insights (internal data, Gfk market data, campaign results), requirements for the region and activation best practices

  • Leads a trainee

  • Leads and develops a trainee

Education and Experience:

  • University degree

  • Min. 3 year of experience in marketing in top FMCG company

  • Fluent in English
