Philips Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager in Prague,

Main purpose of the job:

Builds key categories at Accounts by long term strategic approach. Maximize profit for Philips and Accounts (win/win) by smart investment plan. Build the trust at Accounts by Shopper expertise and instore excellence ownership: 4Ps (right Product, Price, Placement, Promotion)

Main tasks in the job:

  • Builds Shopper knowledge and understanding per Account/Category

  • Develops and implements an annual TSM Activation Plan based on TSM strategies at Category/Account incl. A&P budget plan

  • Defines and implements together with KAM long term strategic Account plans for selected Categories

  • Defines and implements 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) per Category/Account

  • Develops Listing proposal per Category/Account (right products, at right price levels listed)

  • Develops Merchandising guidelines per Category/Account

  • Builds and executes in-store/online activation campaigns as an extension of consumer campaigns (ATL/BTL/Account activation synergy)

  • Ensure perfect in-store/online execution of Philips campaigns at Category/Account

  • Manages activation calendar per Category/Account

  • Defines and evaluates KPIs of key marketing activities at Category/Accounts

  • Builds Concept sell presentations for the key launches/projects together with the KAMs

  • Drives projects to improve Sales Fundamentals at customers, regular evaluation (In-house share, Shelf share, Leaflet share, Listing, Distribution,..)

  • Manages Category/Account level promotions/demo days/promoters/trade fairs

  • Manages Category/Account level motivation programs and product trainings for Shop floor staff

  • Provides input on A&P budget planning/spending/evaluation for selected categories

  • Manages together with KAMs Provisions spending per Category/Account

  • Ensures in time delivery of customized POSM to drive Philips in-store/online visibility

  • Ensures proper new product launches – defines and executes 4P strategy

  • Evaluates the ROI on key promotions and implements improvements in the future plans

Education and knowledge requirements:

  • University level education

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Trade Shopper Marketing and/or Sales Account role

  • Strong negotiation, communication & analytical skills

  • English language knowledge and skill
