In this role, you have the opportunity to
Actively develop Philips’ sales capabilities by improving operational sales execution, skills and knowledge x-market in close cooperation with Sales Excellence Lead, Commercial Leaders and Sales Professionals
You are responsible for
Trains basic and advanced global and local sales training programs (internally & externally) on behavior (eg. Customer focused selling) and tool learning (eg new SFDC releases)
Organizes Skill certification and performs quality controls and audits (re-certifications)
Supports sales improvement projects in line with local & global imperatives and business cadence
Deploys strategic initiatives such as Channel CRM, sales enablement tools, new ways of working
Coaches commercial leaders and sales professionals
Monitors progress against predefined KPIs
Supports Sales Excellence Lead in ensuring compliance with operational sales process excellence initiatives
Co-drives annual strategic Capability Development Needs Analysis process for the sales function together with HR
Creates same language and common practices to develop and sustain new culture / WoW in sales teams
You are a part of
Sales Excellence Team, base in Guangzhou, report to Sales Excellence Lead
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
More than 7 years experience in sales management, product sales, marketing or sales operation，familiar with sales process
Proven track record of training delivery/coaching based on the needs of business
Good logical thinking and business analysis ability
Ability to manage and steer multiple stakeholders on various levels
Knowledge/experience on change management
