Please note this is a remotely based position working from home, but requiring frequent travel 80% - 90% of the time throughout the whole of the UK and Ireland.
In this role, you have the opportunity to develop and execute an instruction program for the users of Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) products. Ensuring that customers receive optimal training in the use of Philips IGT equipment and systems to capitalise the independency of the user and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.
You are responsible for
Training customers to obtain the best performance from our systems.
Customising the system to the specific wishes of the users in order to maximise the performance for each specific user.
Monitoring the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure ongoing customer happiness and confidence in Philips IGT products. Solving problems regarding the operation of the system or adapting the system to changed user wishes where necessary.
Providing feedback to the business and marketing management with information on application system performance, competitors’ products, customer reactions and sales arguments.
You are a part of the Image Guided Therapy team, working alongside six colleagues specialising in this application. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Account Managers and Project Managers to offer a first class service to our existing customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Proven knowledge and / or experience working as a radiographer
Excellent communication skills
Clinically astute with the ability to provide a credible training program to end-users
Full UK driving license
Flexibility to travel within the UK and Ireland, with occasional travel to Europe
Experience working in a clinical IGT environment
Experience of training, teaching or coaching
