Our new Content Producer will be responsible for content through our online channels. This includes creating content programmes, writing engaging copy, selecting imagery and working with designers on graphics and layouts. The ultimate goal is to inspire everyone who comes into contact with our apps and brand, and as a result engage our current users and convert new users to the Philips Avent brand.
The Apps content in Pregnancy+ and Baby+, will be the main focus, alongside creating Philips Avent product content. You will be responsible for optimising the App experience, advertising ads and social media engagement through impactful content.
This is an end-to-end role that will require a blend of creative input and hands-on delivery and offers true potential to make a difference.
You’ll be a talented writer with first-rate research skills, along with experience in or a proven passion for the mother & childcare business. If you're tech savvy, with at least three years’ experience in a content or copywriting role this is the position for you.
You are responsible for
Creating engaging content for our Apps
Research latest parenting guidelines (NHS) and trends
Managing digital content, including:
Creating written and visual content for our website
Creating written content for our product catalogue and landing pages
Creating content for email marketing campaigns
Planning and creating content for social media channels
Creating content for our advertising platform
Recommending new and improved ways to communicate our brand message(s)
Writing blog posts and content pieces to drive engagement and generate leads for our products
Supporting Head of Content in quality control for all content
Using Contentful to publish content
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Experience working in a similar content role
Someone who loves Apps and babies as much as we do
Excellent copywriting skills
Experience maintaining and improving ecommerce content
Experience using email marketing platforms and social channels
Attention to detail
A native English speaker
An effective team player with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
Someone with excellent attention to detail and proof-reading/editing skills
If you've worked in an agency before, have solid B2C copywriting experience, and know your way around a CMS, then even better!

A Base Salary £35,000 – 38,000 but we could pay more.
