In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the optimisation of CRM registrations from app downloads. The CRM Conversion Specialist’s primary responsibility is to improve the conversion rate of users who opt-in to the CRM program after downloading the app. This is done through optimising and A/B testing all in-app elements. Touching on data analytics, design, in-app features, pop-ups, notifications, content, app development etc. This role is a combination of managing and creating new in-app assets (design and content), setting up A/B tests, and analysing data, in order to improve the overall CRM opt-in rate, whilst maintaining user satisfaction.

You are responsible for
Drive forward the success of the CRM registrations
Understand and contribute to the user onboarding vision
Write clear and concise user stories, development briefs, and requirements, prioritizing development items to align with the CRM optimisation roadmap.
Work closely with the digital producer to ensure timely delivery, and coordinate CRM related App-updates across teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams of leaders, designers, analysts, customer support teams, engineers and testers to ensure delivery against CRM conversion goals
Effectively brief the design team regarding new asset creation and communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process to product.
Create prototype designs using Sketch
Explore several design solutions and validate the right solution with prototypes, usability testing and customer research
Execute a project roadmap based on CRM objectives, customer feedback and business analytics, collaborating with internal stakeholders to phase in CRM optimisation in the apps
Remove roadblocks and clearly understand dependencies for successful delivery based on organised planning.

Build and maintain relationships across teams and individuals (critical in cross-discipline project management with shared objectives).
Monitor conversion rates and proactively identify opportunities for onboarding and CRM improvements (using all available data points).
Identify risks, issues, and problems and escalate as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles.
Works directly with development team to determine most efficient approach to asset creation and implementation.
You are part of Pregnancy+/Baby+ team for Mother & Childcare business in the Market UK & Ireland. You will be closely working with digital marketing professionals in the team.
You are reporting to Business Category Leader Pregnancy+/Baby+ directly.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Business or a related field
Strong project management skills and an understanding of the digital space; including experience with mobile app or web development, information architecture, and release processes
Experience working in data-driven, “problem-first”, environments where objective performance drives the choices made (alongside Analysts)
Experience with iOS and/or Android platforms or CRM programs
The following skills and experience would be a plus
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and data-driven design strategies for mobile applications
Strong passion for design and a thirst to blend intuitive UI with progressive technology
Experience with Sketch or Photoshop
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience managing test phases to ensure functional product quality

A Base Salary between £38,000 to £40,000 depends on the experience. Base Salary is one element of the overall Total Reward Package at Philips therefore the actual annual compensation is competitive and depends on skills and performance, including quarterly sales incentive and annual sales incentive.
