Philips Digital Marketing Analyst in Guildford, United Kingdom

In this role, you have the opportunity to work across the Philips UKI Healthtech business to ensure our A&P spend is robustly tracked and analysed.

You are responsible for

  • Monitoring the consumer journeys from ad impression to website entry across all channels and devices, flags areas for optimisation to the Campaign manager

  • Owning the I-Analyse relationship with Carat, identifies data gaps and remedies data issues.

  • Owning the Weekly business review for B2C and B2B campaign and website performance

  • Using Philips data to validate agency proposed media plans and KPI’s and develops scenario models to drive Philips growth

  • Owning the Hitwise tool and communicates insight to stakeholders

  • Working closely with Analytics and Data Visualisation colleagues to ensure a rounded insight view, sharing insight across the business and best practice globally

  • Championing an outside-in perspective, attending key events, webinars and industry education.Network with internal and external peers, build relationships with other market and Global counterparts

  • Analytics owner for at least one PH squad (category to be defined)

You are a part of the strategy and insights team who are based at our head office in Guildford.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Experience of web analytics tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics etc.

  • Track record of using actionable insights to drive business decisions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to problem solve.

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) – in a maths or science field

  • Digital Marketing experience advantageous but not essential

  • Proven interpersonal skills to advise and influence a complex, networked business

  • Able to think “big picture” with an ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

  • Able to work collaboratively and have the courage to risk new ways of doing things and see things through the eyes of a consumer

  • Up to date knowledge of digital trends and technology
