Philips are looking a Product Manager with Digital User Experience knowledge to be able to influence business plans and management communications by supporting services product development & scaling up. The Digital Product Manager will deploy continuous improvement and agile to improve the service(s) value proposition, driving uptake and improving business results in defined area.

The Role:

  • Lead the design, UX, technical development, and growth of innovative digital service products

  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to increase conversion and enhance user satisfaction

  • Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products

  • Experience managing and shipping user-centred digital service products

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

  • Previously successful application of a test-iterate-learn approach

  • Experience working in an agile, multi-disciplinary environment

  • Experience mapping and measuring value against desired outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into a digital roadmap

  • Analyse business needs and produce detailed wireframes for development

  • Optimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints

  • Develop user flows and personas to facilitate feature design process

  • Map the different customer journeys and experience points, to identify and fix conversion hurdles

  • Lead cross-functional design sessions between Product, IT, Digital, Consumer marketing, CRM and marketing

  • Support development of user-facing text to synthesize tone, language, and messaging (with marketing)

  • Aid in prioritisation of roadmap features and product enhancement requests, specifically around UX, conversion and growth

  • Craft internal and external communications around upcoming features, including release notes, user manuals, and feature descriptions

  • Improve conversion funnel through form analytics and various A/B testing initiatives

  • Provide conversion rate analysis of A/B (split) tests, multivariate testing and extracts results that focus on performance, revenue and other growth metrics

  • Interpret results in such a way that supports the needs of digital, developers, IT, Product and marketing functions to support in the delivery of digital experience

  • Liaising with our developers and agencies to ensure delivery of projects meets the business requirement

  • Work with business leads to develop the business case for the product and to continually push for achievement of commercial targets

  • Assist with production troubleshooting and problem resolution as needed in support of the continued success of the product.
