In this role, you have the opportunity to
be the responsible for ensuring that the core pricing and promotional databases and tools are maintained and optimized for the UK organization. Your attention to detail will be critical ensuring that you prioritize accuracy over speed. You will use your professional skepticism and analytical mindset which help you to get pricing right first time, as well as to challenge the status quo, therefore be able to improve ways of working in a continuous manner.
The salary for this role is in the region of £28K per annum but we could pay more. Base Salary is one element of the overall Total Reward Package at Philips therefore the actual annual compensation is competitive and depends on skills and performance. You are responsible for
Ensuring that all customer pricing is maintained in SAP
Ensuring that all pricing tools for the Sales and Marketing teams are up to date, accurate and complete
Support Sales and Marketing teams to simulate future pricing changes, and to identify and resolve any discrepancies vs commercial policy
Ensure that new product and promotional plans are in compliance with global commercial policy
Design and improve tools that will enable business to simulate pricing and promotional implications
Work on cross-functional projects or improvements in order to create more time for customer facing and or value adding activities
Training the business with regards to the pricing framework, respective processes or KPI’s
You are a part of
The Personal Health UK & Ireland Pricing team. This role reports directly into the UK&I Pricing Officer, and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our pricing in the PH UK&I business. You will have direct exposure to the Sales and Marketing teams locally as well as the central Philips Pricing team based in Amsterdam.
