In this role you have the opportunity to work with the Marketing Manager and help to devise and implement the marketing communications plan for the MA&TC business within the UKI market. Using competitor and market insights, you will create relevant communications and materials, monitor and evolve our website environment, and work closely with our internal teams to better the customer experience.
You will be responsible for
Collate and monitor competitor and local market intelligence for the MA&TC business (working with MI Team), and make suggestions on how to use this intel to enhance our plans.
Ownership of creating and executing campaigns to support NPI launches, nurture and retention programs, and service and installed based opportunities.
You will work closely with the sales and service teams to deliver activity that aligns to our business objectives and helps reach our financial targets for the year
You will work closely with your global business unit colleagues, helping to build a 360 feedback loop on all aspects of activity, including research, insight sharing, campaign planning and strategy creation
Evaluate all activity against KPIs to ensure we aim and meet our marketing standards for MROI.
Use analytical skills to ensure campaigns are delivered first time, on time, in full.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the corporate identity and brand behaviours are correctly presented in all activities

As part of the UK&I marketing team, working with a dynamic group of marketers, you will help shape the healthcare strategy within Philips. Working with local and global colleagues, this role offers excellent exposure to the wider Philips business and in turn progression opportunities both locally and internationally. You will report into the Health Systems Marketing Lead and this role is based in our Guildford office where we have an agile working environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;
Strong understanding of marketing best practices, the full marketing mix, and ideally experience of planning and executing specific campaigns
Knowledge and interest of digital channels and the role these play within marketing strategy and ROI generation and tracking
Commercially-minded marketer that can apply this thinking creatively
Be able to demonstrate or have experience of using analytics to identify gaps in the market or against the competitors, and make suggestions accordingly
Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to form relationships and work successfully in a diverse environment
Budget management and ability to prioritise and maximise marketing investments based on expected results
Strong ability in terms of attention to detail, organisation & interpersonal skills
Stakeholder management in a large organisation
