In this role, you will be responsible for:
Taking ownership and driving the marketing strategy for multiple business modalities within the imaging health space, specifically the Magnetic Resonance (MR), Computed Tomography (CT) and Radiation Oncology sectors. As the Marketing Manager you will plan and implement the marketing strategy for your business areas, through market insights, strategy creation, empowered marketing planning, execution and budget management.
Your specific areas of responsibility include:
Providing dedicated focus and ownership of local marketing plans for MR/ CT and Radiation Oncology for activation across UK&I
Local market intelligence ownership for your businesses (working with MI Team) and local strategy creation and tracking (BMC Process), working in partnership with Business Management teams
You will work closely with the marketing, sales and business teams to deliver activity that aligns to our business objectives and helps reach our financial targets for the year
You will align with your global business unit colleagues, building a 360 feedback loop on all aspects of activity, including research, insight sharing, campaign planning and strategy creation
Local marketing activation planning; creating and executing always-on and burst campaigns (aligned with the strategy) to run throughout the year, work with the Marketing Lead and wider marketing team to ensure these compliment the business modality and the overall health systems strategy
You will own the budget and track against set KPI’s, with delivery of pre-agreed annual KPIs
Take the lead to plan, execute, monitor and report on overall campaign status for your categories, working alongside dedicated modality specialists to deliver category plans across multi-channel
You will adapt global to local launch campaigns (NPI and AO), use global toolkits in a timely and cost effective manner, that is aligned to our local audience-based strategy
You will have responsibility for bespoke projects, including planning, timing, budgeting, and oversight of projects to ensure successful implementation.
Evaluate all key deliverables to ensure accountability and all requirements meet our marketing standards for MROI.
Use analytical skills to ensure campaigns are delivered first time, on time, in full.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the corporate identity and brand behaviours are correctly presented in all activities

As part of the wider UK&I marketing team, working with a dynamic group of marketers, you will help shape the healthcare strategy within Philips. Working with local and global colleagues, this role offers excellent exposure to the wider Philips business and in turn progression opportunities both locally and internationally. You will report into the Health Systems Marketing Lead and this role is based in our Guildford office where we have an agile working environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;
Developing and executing multi-modality marketing strategies, ideally within the healthcare sector, or if not similar B2B environment
Commercially-minded marketer that can apply this thinking creatively
Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to form relationships and work successfully in a diverse environment
Budget management and ability to prioritise and maximise marketing investments based on expected results
Strong ability in terms of attention to detail, organisation & interpersonal skills
Stakeholder management in a large organisation
