In this role, you have the opportunity to manage customer facing projects for Image Guided Therapy and will lead teams accountable for achieving project objectives. You will direct on meeting time/budget requirements and all project resources in accordance with guidelines in order to realise the desired business goals and deliver on customer expectations.

You are responsible for;

  • The presales phase; assessing the customer site, including all preparation of site survey reports, drawings and specifications, agreeing project scope, project risk & timelines, technical project feasibility and pre-calculation of project cost.

  • Agreeing the project objectives and formulating the project plan, in consultation with management and other parties concerned based on customer contract.

  • Develop and manage risk and opportunity registers (technical and commercial)

  • Drive compliancy to applicable regulations (Q&R/H&S) by own organisation, third parties and partners in the project.

  • Budget management; responsible for managing pre and post project cost calculations, controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all change requests to the contract as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Understands the contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change etc.

  • Ensure all required notices are issued in a timely manner.

  • To ensure all mandatory project management records are maintained via the internal document management system

You are a part of the Image Guided Therapy team of 8 invidiously across sales, marketing and clinical applications roles.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;

  • Ideally HNC/HND in a relevant construction or engineering field or equivalent

  • Professional Project Management qualification

  • Likely to have membership of relevant professional bodies

  • You will have a strong background in Project Management services and will have a proven track record working on the design through execution of a variety of building design projects.

  • Experience in resolution of contractual disputes.

  • Valid driving licence.

  • A deep understanding of the Construction Design Management Regulations.

  • Have significant experience of tender processes and of contract construction.

  • Have commercial and contractual experience in order to understand the project deliverable objectives, ensuring that the project delivered in line with contractual obligations.

  • Proven track record in working with construction and M&E projects from conception to completion.

  • Well organised, the ability to work under pressure and have a creative approach to problem solving.

  • Previous experience on healthcare projects is an advantage.
