Remote Support Engineer – Monitoring Analytics (MA)
In this role, you have the opportunity to provide technical support across a diverse portfolio of equipment with a specific focus on connected systems and networked solutions.
You are responsible for
Responding to incoming technical and product related customer queries for the relevant product and equipment portfolio.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting through remote support a wide range of hardware, software and networked solutions.
Providing support as necessary to colleagues both within the Customer service team and the wider organisation.
Actively manage technical and customer escalations
You will complete and submit all required reporting and documentation in a timely manner
Being professional representative for Philips Health Systems delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
You will be required to work flexibly to fulfil the requirements of the business including undertaking site visits where required to support customers, partners and Philips colleagues.
You are a part of the Monitoring Analytics and Therapeutic Care (MA&TC) customer service reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Knowledge of medical equipment, particularly patient monitoring and a familiarity of working within a healthcare or quality regulated environment Experience and knowledge of networking, Wireless technologies, Integration, Virtualization and SQL server. You should hold a degree or HND in a relevant subject with proven success in an appropriate high tech-related environment meaningful to the role, A recognized IT or networking qualification would be useful e.g. CCNA, CCNP.
