Remote Support Engineer – Monitoring Analytics (MA)

In this role, you have the opportunity to provide technical support across a diverse portfolio of equipment with a specific focus on connected systems and networked solutions.

You are responsible for

  • Responding to incoming technical and product related customer queries for the relevant product and equipment portfolio.

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting through remote support a wide range of hardware, software and networked solutions.

  • Providing support as necessary to colleagues both within the Customer service team and the wider organisation.

  • Actively manage technical and customer escalations

  • You will complete and submit all required reporting and documentation in a timely manner

  • Being professional representative for Philips Health Systems delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

  • You will be required to work flexibly to fulfil the requirements of the business including undertaking site visits where required to support customers, partners and Philips colleagues.

You are a part of the Monitoring Analytics and Therapeutic Care (MA&TC) customer service reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Knowledge of medical equipment, particularly patient monitoring and a familiarity of working within a healthcare or quality regulated environment Experience and knowledge of networking, Wireless technologies, Integration, Virtualization and SQL server. You should hold a degree or HND in a relevant subject with proven success in an appropriate high tech-related environment meaningful to the role, A recognized IT or networking qualification would be useful e.g. CCNA, CCNP.
