Remote Support Engineer – Therapeutic Care (TC)
In this role, you have the opportunity to provide remote support across a diverse portfolio of equipment with a specific focus on invasive and non-invasive ventilators. Once trained there will be opportunities to take a lead role in some on site activities so knowledge of medical equipment, particularly patient monitoring and a familiarity of working within a healthcare or quality regulated environment would be advantageous along with experience and knowledge of invasive ventilator support.
You are responsible for
Responding to incoming technical and product related customer queries for the MA&TC products and equipment portfolio.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot through remote support a wide range of hardware, software and networked solutions.
Provide support as necessary to colleagues both within the MA&TC team and within the wider organization.
Actively handle technical and customer escalations
Complete and submit all required reporting and documentation in a timely manner
You will be a professional representative for Philips Health Systems delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
You are required to be flexible in your working to fulfil the requirements of the business including undertaking site visits where required to support customers, partners and Philips colleagues.
You are a part of the Monitoring Analytics and Therapeutic Care (MA&TC) customer service reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Knowledge of medical equipment, particularly patient monitoring and a familiarity of working within a healthcare or quality regulated environment
Experience and knowledge of invasive ventilator support.
You should hold a degree or HNC or HND in a relevant subject with proven success in an appropriate high tech-related environment meaningful to the role
Completion of specific training on ventilation or anesthetic products would be advantageous.
