Intake: Identify the customers' business needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfillment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints. Sourcing and Selection: Ensure sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels (i.e. passive, internal, referral, etc.). Identify suitable candidate(s) matching both the agreed business needs and candidate's ambitions and expectations. Business selection: Ensure the proposed candidate(s) are interviewed and evaluated by the business in line with the agreed recruitment plan, way-ofworking and related guidelines.
Job-offer & contracting: Manage the offer process for the selected candidate in line with both the agreed compensation & benefits level for the job and the (realistic) candidate's expectations Business partner: Build and maintain good relationship, business knowledge and satisfaction of your customers (both Hiring Managers and HR Managers) Continuous Improvement: Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition organization and its services Compliance: Deliver agreed recruitment services (service portfolio) in line with the agreed way-of-working and related guidelines

Owning and executing the end to end recruitment process within Philips supporting multiple concurrent business units
Deliver a broad spectrum of talent acquisition services into a demanding business area that are transforming at a rapid pace
Drive best practice within the recruiting and talent space and find opportunities to continually improve our ways of working
Operate as a trusted advisor to the business ensuring you are seen as a business partner with expertise and the ability to shape the future state of the organisation
Influence and elevate the status of talent acquisition in the business so it is seen as a key business function
Identify new routes to market to ensure top talent is pipelined and accessible for the business
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

This role reports into the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition UK & Ireland. This team is defined as a centre of excellence within the Philips organisation. You will join a team of four ambitious, aspirational, hardworking and fun colleagues!
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
An experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Professional with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and transformational business
Self-starter with an ability to deliver within a direct resourcing model and navigate a complex business
Delivery of circa 100 hires each year ensuring that the highest talent is acquired through the best quality channels, passive, referral etc.
A successful track record of building robust customer relationships and delivering on their needs
Fluent in English, both written and Verbal
A positive and tenacious attitude with a creative and team orientated attitude, with a results focused mindset
Please note this job is being on a 12 month fixed term contract.
