In this role you have the opportunity to

use your digital, analytical and content skills to create growth for our business. You are part of a team responsible for the execution of the HealthTech performance marketing strategy focusing on the website, its primary goal to build strong customer loyalty, generate revenue growth and take the Philips website experience to the next level. The salary for this role is in the region of £ 25K - 30K. Base Salary is one element of the overall Total Reward Package at Philips therefore the actual annual compensation is competitive and depends on skills and performance. You are responsible for

Web Content & Optimisation

  • Support the Web Content & Optimisation Manager to deploy highly relevant content across our platforms, working with central and local teams and our agencies to ensure that we deliver the right content to the right customer on time, every time. You will activate centrally created content as well as developing and deploying local content.

  • Own the day-to-day support and maintenance of the website, including managing the updating of copy and imagery, ensuring the accuracy of product information and understanding the back-end processes and data feeds to enable swift diagnosis of issues. You will have good attention to detail and be able to spot spelling and punctuation errors in the copy you are given.

  • Working with the Web Content & Optimisation Manager, support the website A/B testing plan. Work with the global teams to implement best practice to drive conversions, by ensuring our customers complete their goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Support the Performance Marketing team to ensure all content has our consumers and SEO best practice at its heart, and is fully integrated with strategic marketing plans.

  • Work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Strategy & Insights, and Campaign teams to ensure cross-channel campaigns are translating into logical site experiences.

  • Working with the Web Content & Optimisation Manager and the e-trade team you will ensure that all content (where applicable) on owned platforms supports the requirements of retailers and is fit for syndication.

Reporting and measurement

  • Analysing and reporting on website performance will be a key element of your job. You will need to be comfortable extracting information from an analytics system, presenting it clearly in written and verbal presentations, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for optimisation.

Project Management

  • You will be confident in managing internal stakeholders across the Marketing and Campaign teams to ensure that updates are delivered on time

Brand Management

  • Take on additional internal or external project responsibilities when requested.

  • Any other tasks directed by the Web Content & Optimisation Manager.

Key measures

  • Onsite content effectiveness – reach, engagement and conversion

  • Onsite optimisation across the consumer decision journey – acquisition and retention

  • Online NPS and user goal completion rates

  • Internal stakeholder engagement measures

You are part of

the Brand, Communications, Digital and Events team reporting into the Website Content & Optimisation Manager for the UKI. You will be part of a dynamic team and you will have close interaction with the Campaign & Media, Marketing and Sales teams to create a test-to-invest, customer first website.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree level education or equivalent

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written

  • Commercially minded digital marketer

  • Ability to manage stakeholders in a large organisation

  • Proven track record of using content management systems, with experience in Adobe CQ5 an advantage

  • Track record of maintaining website content and understanding the technical processes that sit behind a large website

  • Working knowledge of web analytics
