The Head of Talent Acquisition, India, leads a team of energetic and bright talent acquisition professionals, handles the day-to-day operations and performance of the Recruitment Team, and drives new processes and systems.
You will be reporting into Head of Talent Acquisition Asia, and will be responsible for meeting or exceeding all established objectives while driving consistency and efficiency across the region
In this role, you have the opportunity
Create and deploy strategies to strengthen our Talent Acquisition capabilities to meet our current and future business needs with a focus on establishing talent acquisition programs that positively strengthen the organization's capabilities in attracting, assessing, selecting and on- boarding the right talent in the right place at the right time.
You will actively handle relationships to ensure internal and client satisfaction as well as excellent candidate experience through evaluating the current use of processes and tools; analyze metrics and qualitative data to assess performance and compliance.
You will work closely with business leaders and HR business partners to capture input and continuously educate on the process, roles and responsibilities with an emphasis on exploring ways to improve the talent acquisition model's global effectiveness and sustainability.
You are responsible for:
Build an extraordinary recruiting team – encouraging direct reports as well as key partners to contribute to recruiting success.
Own and localize the staffing systems, metrics and processes which will be global in nature while personally leading all executive staffing / hiring for the company.
Grow and lead turn-key staffing and sourcing processes to deliver exceptional diverse talent to meet all functional resource plans.
Direct leadership of regional talent acquisition team.
Develop and manage Annual Operating Plan in accordance with budgeting calendar.
Lead and create the organization processes that are designed to deliver best in class practices in overall recruiting, contract staffing, relocation and outplacement.
Partner closely with the key members of HR, to influence the evaluation of internal talent to ensure appropriate talent assessment to address interpersonal skill gaps.
Actively participate as a HR Leadership Team member and drive a consistent positive candidate experience and quality of hire approach to staffing
Develop, implement, and communicate metrics to track progress of hiring
Evolve clarity in ambiguous situations, lead by example
Maintain current staffing and recruiting knowledge including but not limited to systems, tools, resources, events, and market and industry trends; share knowledge with managers ensuring that the company is on the leading edge of sourcing/identifying and hiring top quality talent.
Perform all activities in a safe, compliant and responsible manner
Develop and lead outreach programs at the University level such as internships, apprenticeships and co-ops.
To succeed, you should have the following skills and experience .
Masters/Advanced degree preferred.
Experience with Consumer durables, FMCG, Healthcare of Technology
Solutions Sales Hiring experience with large scale project ramp-ups
Dynamic Human Resources/talent acquisition leadership experience.
Experience in developing and implementing compliant staffing processes for a multinational company.
Validated sustained success delivering in-house staffing/ recruiting in a complex and geographically spread organization with ability to meet timelines and commitments to the business.
Extensive experience in interaction with executive level leadership; with validated ability to lead and influence at high levels within the organization.
Strong business insight and experience in a large and complex matrix structure and should have handled significant hiring volumes.
Strong analytical and systems skills; familiarity with staffing systems and online/web-based search engines and staffing tools.
