In this role, you have the opportunity to
Large Deal Management, Commercial Innovations and Business Partners
Business Case Preparation for successful M&A, joint ventures.
Structuring/Negotiating Contract with Customer for Large Deals
Margin Improvement initiative and Driving deals from Bid till closure
Customer facing Financial Models and Automation of Pricing Calculation as part of Commercial COE
Suggesting and Implementing Business process excellence for some of the large customer –discussion of specs ,Procurement ,Invoicing ,Contract management
Ensuring Contract Execution by working closing with Delivery and Sales team.
Pre-contracting -Responsible for Business Case , validation of financials before deal boards and documentation
Contracting - Determine order (OIT & Sales) reporting based on relative fair value
Execution and post care ,
Communicate asset delivery changes
Review documents triggering revenue recognition
Provide continuous insight in profitability toward all stakeholders
Update Business Case to ensure correct LV
Supporting the functional head in formulation of strategy, and goals
Driving accountability through performance management, governance and implementing scorecards
Improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance;
Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies;
Providing effective commercial procedures or initiating changes to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.
Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all other functions enablers to business
Ensuring budgetary controls, as well as effectiveness of spends/investments
Evaluation of all the decisions- and influencing the actions in order to ensure they are financially robust.
Drive automation, digitalization, and process orientation within the finance function and work closely with FP&A and Strategy
Ensure controls and governance in the business and design standard work.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Chartered Accountant or MBA from Premier Business Schools in Accounting, Finance or related subjects
Minimum 8-9 years of finance experience in a large organization including business partnering experience, experience in Commercial set up in FMCG a must have and stint in factory will be good to have
Above average Excel skills (big data manipulation). Strong ability, expertise and/or aptitude to work with Philips’s financial systems, policies and tools.
Demonstrated experience in problem solving and project management with proven ability to drive projects and analysis to closure
Strong compliance orientation with ability to drive simplicity within a complex and matrix environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups, responsive with strong customer service orientation.
Expertise in developing driver based financial modeling leveraging various data sources
