I n this role, you have the opportunity to be involved in designing, developing and implementing tests to improve product quality.
You are responsible for
Designing, implementing, executing and maintenance of automation tests
Prepare an optimal test plan for each project, including specification of test tools and test criteria
Analyze automation needs and design the framework to support future needs
Develop the test environment and sets up regression and integration tests, as well as verification and acceptance tests, as required in the projects, and in compliance with standards and legislation
Execute the tests and analyze results
Comply and align with software development professionalism standards within the team (processes and methodologies, quality of requirements, design, coding and testing)
Write clean, high quality, solid, readable code that scales
Work with Development groups to identify and resolve problems
Seek out expertise, knowledge, and resources to develop solutions to problems
You are a part of Philips Oncology Informatics which is an innovative group within the Philips Healthcare IT division. Our objective is to define and implement the next generation Oncology Informatics end-to-end solutions to enable clinical decision support for all the different clinical disciplines within the oncology treatment pathway.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
BSc or Bachelor’s degree – a must
BSc or Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science – an advantage
OOP understanding – a must
5+ years of experience in developing Java Test Automation – a must
Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks
Experience in planning, testes writing and tests methodology
Experience with Selenium, TestNG – a must
Excellent problem solving skills and drive to learn
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
