In this role, you have the opportunity to
delivering business insights and enabling timely decision making using analytics and data. Plays a key role in informing key strategic choices for the business and driving those to implementation.
This role will lead a team responsible for defining, reporting and analyzing critical measures of customer health.
You are responsible for
Establish an innovative vision to evolve EDI analytics capabilities with an eye to automation, integration and scale. Communicate and generate support for this vision among business leadership and key stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams on strategic projects. Structure and solve business problems and bring timely, relevant and high quality business insights and analytical support that address those issues with effective solutions
Engage with customer facing teams and build trusted, collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders
Lead, mentor, motivate and grow a global team of data and advanced analytics professionals who are responsible for delivering business insights and reporting
Define and maintain pulse of key business KPIs and flag when leadership action is required. Work with team to perform root cause analysis, and provide key insights leading to actionable recommendations
Lead development of a plan to enable field and business partner teams in effectively consuming available data and analytics assets
Maintain all the infrastructure holding reporting environment and data lakes with quality security and privacy
Developing and leading the capability build-out of Global Commercial Reporting, and the underlying Data Systems to support both Global Reporting and Advanced Analytics
You are a part of
Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) Order to Fulfillment organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Relevant academic degree, advanced degrees – an advantage
10+ years experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Business Reporting and Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or an equivalent field
5+ years of experience managing and scaling analytics / data science teams
Experience in working in global corporate environment an advantage
Demonstrated experience in working with executives & technologists, and influencing across senior levels of the org
Ability to drive few projects concurrently
Strong understanding of data management tools and best practices, along experience with Data vizualiation tools ( Tableau and Qlikview )
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be expert in PowerPoint and be able to demonstrate the ability to produce own presentation materials of extremely high quality
Expert communicator in written and verbal form
Get-it-done mindset, solution-oriented
