In this role, you have the opportunity to lead a multi-modality clinical domain for a radiology advance visualization solution and investigate the domain to define the customer needs.

Main responsibilities include identifying customer needs in the Oncology-Imaging field, developing innovative concepts for new products, collaborating with key opinion leaders to evaluate new capabilities and publish clinical proof papers.

You are responsible for

  • Developing a deep understanding of the Oncology domain, focusing on imaging procedures and radiology workflow. Identifying trends and user needs. Keep up to date in innovation and competition in that field.

  • Formulating concepts for innovative solution. Methodologically evaluate the ideas with customers. Work with Marketing to create the value proposition.

  • Contributing to the clinical roadmap of the product. Be the ambassador of these new solutions within\outside the organization to assure proper priority and attention.

  • For selected solution, provide high level requirements. Provide clinical insights to the clinical specialist creating the detailed requirements. Provide support to the development teams throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Creating and publishing clinical proof papers for new solutions and marketing claims.

  • Creating and maintain relationship with key customers. Collaborate with customer in order to evaluate new concepts and prototypes of new solutions.

  • Identifying required research\ algorithmic needs, initiate activities and perform clinical evaluations.

  • Contributing to the enhancement of clinical understanding within the R&D department: provide training sessions, clinical updates, share customer insights, new developments, etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Medical devices industry, preferably Radiology/ Oncology or Imaging Systems

  • PhD of Science in Medical Science/bio-medical engineering or substantial industry experience in the Radiology/ Oncology field

  • Proven record of innovation creation and customer collaboration.

  • Excellent Presentation Skills.

  • Strong analytical skills (analyzing feasibilities studies and ways of working within hospitals).

  • Ability to work in a global team with various disciplines.

  • Aware of business interests and effects.

  • Fluent in English, more languages much appreciated.

  • Willing to travel (about 4-6 trips per year).
