In this role, you have the opportunity to enable business success and customer satisfaction related to Quality & Regulatory (Q&R).
Planning and executing projects that will have to consider regulatory and quality requirements as well as other project requirements.
You are responsible for
Successful delivery of Q&R Business Unit (BU) projects to support business goals and KPIs
Coordinate and communicate projects between different departments, sites and BUs
Oversight of project risks and milestones, reporting to project steering committee and sponsors, and escalate, when required
Responsible for the project life-cycle phases from initiation to closure
Establish and lead project teams, as required
Management of cross-functional interdependencies and teams
Support in resolution of risks and / or project obstacles
Monitor and seek significant Q&R improvement opportunities in the BU
Create business-cases to transform improvement opportunities and/or ideas to successful projects
Active support of different teams, managers and sites to ensure successful projects outcome
You are a part of
A Quality & Regulatory team responsible for planning and executing cross functional projects.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
4+ years of experience
Experience leading global projects under a regulatory scope
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to plan, monitor and ensure successful integration and evolution
Coaching and problem resolution ability
Familiar with Problem Solving techniques and Root-Cause analysis
Good oral and presentation skills in English and Hebrew
Experienced with Excel, Powerpoint and documents hand-outs
MBA / B.Sc – an advantage
Expertise in Health or Medical Devices – an advantage
PMP Certification – an advantage
Negotiation skills - an advantage
ISO13485 / MDD / CFR / Regulated industry acquaintance - an advantage
Manufacturing / Operations experience - an advantage
Experience with SAP / Trackwise / Agile / ClearQuest - an advantage
Data analysis know-how - an advantage
