Philips CT/AMI OPS PMO in Haifa, Israel


In this role, you have the opportunity to lead & support CT/AMI operations (OPS) interfaces, projects, analysis and execution with relevant functions.

Build stronger organization to deliver better performance and better utilization of resources across CT/AMI operations organization.

Develop new processes, introduce new methods to achieve continues work and performance improvements.

You are responsible for

  • Formulate the program/project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management include resources, costs, risk assessment and quality aspects.

  • Lead the execution of the program/project, in line with the plan Include creation and leading project teams, monitoring progress, managing stakeholders and resources. Give guidance to employees, both technically and organizationally.

  • Control the program/project budget and progress, evaluates all initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting.

  • Keep abreast of business/technical developments in the relevant fields through literature, technical contacts and competition.

  • Ensure Quality in both the project results as well as business processes.

  • Support continuous improvement of relevant Business Processes.

  • Lead large industrial projects, which lead to innovations in a single domain process.

  • Manage own project team.

  • Accent on realization of one main process, including setting strategic direction.

  • Drive continuousnessof Lean manufacturing organization and embed an Operational Excellence culture within operations CT/AMI Haifa site.

  • Drive synergies, continuous improvement, performance reviews, and a standardization way of working with Systems Manufacturing sites.

  • Partner to support operations CT/AMI industrial strategy.

  • Lead and introduce new work methods and support infrastructure application.

You are a part of

Operations Team for CT/AMI.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Relevant Academic Degree, BSc in Industrial Engineering /BA Economics – preferred.

  • MBA- an advantage.

  • 5-10 years of projects management experience in one of the following areas: manufacturing, improvement plans, Lean Six-Sigma, PMO and Industrial foot print management. Preferably in the medical industry.

  • International experience.

  • English communication skills.
