The Document Control Specialist is responsible for providing document and records control to assist the organization in achieving and maintaining compliance to the Quality System Requirements, as per Medical Device applicable related Standards and Regulations.
You are responsible for
Support authors and (local) process owners in defining and producing lean Quality System records; ensure proper quality of the content of documentation and records
Establish and manages proper record review processes
Ensure availability/publishing of controlled records
Maintain the records management system and ensure fast retrieval of records
Ensure proper records classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving
Write and support authors and process owners writing/ reviewing quality management system documents (Standard Operating Procedures, Operating Procedures, Templates and Forms) to support compliance of the Quality system
Ensure proper quality of the content of documentation and records, and assess compliance to document and change control processes.
Monitor and control document changes to assure requirements are met and documents are processed in a timely manner
Ensure availability/publishing of controlled documents.
You are a part of
QMS & Compliance team for CT/AMI Haifa site.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Relevant academic degree, preferred technical degree or Practical Engineering
Procedural or Technical writing experience
Related experience in document control field, quality management system activities and/ or change control
Acquaintance with: ISO 13485, QSR 820, and MDD
Familiarity with Document and/ or Records Management tools
High level of written English
Excellent knowledge of Office applications (Word - essential)
