Be involved in developing challenging saving lives software modules within complex and advanced environment. Define and implement the next generation Oncology Informatics end-to-end solutions to enable clinical decision support for all the different clinical disciplines within the oncology treatment pathway.
You are responsible for
Responsible for the design, implementation, integration and testing - implement full-stack application and technologies to assist power Oncology Informatics user experiences
Comply and align with software development professionalism standards within the team (processes and methodologies, quality of requirements, design, coding and testing).
Write clean, high quality, solid, readable code that scales.
Define functional requirements based on product definitions.
Promote trust, openness and leverage external capabilities locally and globally
You are a part of
Philips Oncology Informatics which is an innovative group within the Philips Healthcare IT division. Our objective is to define and implement the next generation Oncology Informatics end-to-end solutions to enable clinical decision support for all the different clinical disciplines within the oncology treatment pathway.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
BSc or Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science – must
2+ years of development experience - must
OOP understanding – must
experience in Java or node.js – an advantage
experience in web front end frameworks as Angular or equivalent– an advantage
Excellent problem solving skills and drive to learn
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Experience developing an cloud online platform supporting scalable concurrent users – an advantage
Experience with databases relational, NOSQL, Hadoop and big data – an advantage
