In this role, you have the opportunity to
The Manufacturing Electrical Engineer is responsible for definition, development & implementation of Electronics based testers and product performance tests. Follow up on design requirements and co-ordinate engineering projects related to the manufacturing testing process. Support production line with all electronic aspects (like troubleshooting) and project’s needs. Improve production capacity, quality and efficiencies by performing a variety of engineering functions.
You are responsible for
Manage, define and execute electrical testers and product performance related tasks as part of Process / Product realization programs
Define electrical testing techniques/ parameters/ tolerances - analyze manufacturing means performance and testability
Manage test related projects with Sub-contractors delivering electrical and mechanical related Means/Test equipment to the production line
Be the middle man between R&D test requirements and Operations regarding SPECS and the techniques to achieve product quality in a mass manufacturing environment
Deliver a testing step to the Production floor - prepare and execute all quality related tasks (IQ/PQ/OQ) of a certain testing step, delivering a stable, qualified testing process to the production floor
Provide continuous support for production line testers/testing steps
Monitor new engineering systems/structures to ensure the company’s production and product quality standards are maintained and continued specifications integrity

We deliver technology that improves the lives of people around the world, every day. the Manufacturing Engineering team coordinates with R&D, Quality, Procurement and other teams to meet operational and cost-efficiency objectives and recommend engineering enhancements/changes to complement business goals.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
BSc / B.Tech/ Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in device production-based companies, hands on experience in production lines
Experience in one or more of the following: ASIC failure analysis / FPGA usage and acceptance testing / PCBA manufacturing – an advantage
Leading/Participating in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) projects including dedicated SW development – an advantage
Fluent English – verbal and written
