In this role, you have the opportunity to create or enhance modules and features. The Sr. Software engineer needs to design, implement and test the module .
You are responsible for
Understanding and analyzing requirements
Contributing to estimation, list tasks to be done
Contributing or own design
Promoting innovation activities and keep abreast of state-of-the-art technologies in the domain
Understanding existing code/design and perform impact analysis
Implementing modules as per tasks assigned by feature lead, follow coding guidelines
Work is done around Scaled Agile methodologies
Conforming and contributing to the departmental and project procedures and processes (documentation, code or schematics, verification).
Guiding and supervises less experienced colleagues and trainees
You are a part of the CT application Group which develops Clinical applications including integration of complex algorithm and development of tools and UI around visualization. This group is part of IntelliSpace Portal’ which is the leading provider of Advanced Visualization solutions in the Healthcare industry.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Software- Must, advanced degree – advantage
5+ years of experience in SW development- must
Experience in software development of multidisciplinary complex systems
Proven software engineering skills using .Net/C#/Java/C++ - mandatory
Experience in developing image processing, Healthcare IT and visualization SW – a major advantage
Proven Project management background including Agile & SAFe experience
Ability to lead without authority , Proven influencing skills (drive, leadership)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
