In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead the overall technical leadership and responsibility for realization of features and systems release and their life cycle management for Computed Tomography (CT) and Advanced Molecular Imaging (PET/CT) in the medical imaging business that will help improve the lives of millions of millions of people around the world.
You are responsible for
Plan, oversee and execute the system engineering activities including initiation, coordination, synchronization, review and integration of the technical work.
Lead and technical escort the development effort as the key technical stakeholder of the project to meet the functionality, safety, serviceability, quality, cost and reliability targets.
Elicit stakeholders’ needs, translate into requirements specifications and lead/escort requirements’ materialization.
Prepare the technical documentations to meet the high standard required for a medical device.
Lead cross-discipline feasibility, tradeoff studies and problem solving.
Lead system integration from planning to completion.
Define testing requirements & strategy and technically escort verification & validation teams.
You are a part of
A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Systems Engineering Sr.Manager, with Cross-Functional and Product Managers as your key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical/Software engineering/Physics/other relevant degree
At least 7 years of intensive experience as a System engineer in a regulated field (Medical, Aerospace, etc.)
At least 10 years of technical experience in product development prior to becoming a system engineer
Demonstrated ability in leading development of complex features
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority
